Trashed our amp!!
We took in our $600 amp in new condition & upon picking it up found that they had trashed it! It went in having barely been used & flawless, and when we picked it up it was missing 2 knobs, had scratches & dents, and had cuts in the vinal. When my husband called them on it, they asked how they know it didn't come in that way and he reminded them that they mark down all flaws when stuff is brought in. So they went and found 2 random knobs to stick on it and said sorry, there's not much we can do about the rest. Seriously?! Please don't give them your business and risk your property being damaged as well!
